Hear it from Sindi

When I first came to America as an au pair, I didn’t expect that a simple act of organizing would spark my passion. My host family, with four energetic children, was thrilled when I transformed their home spaces—from the children’s room to the basement—creating both order and new areas for them to enjoy. It was my host mother who first recognized “Sindi’s Touch” and even referred me to her own mother, sparking the idea of making organizing my life’s work.

After the birth of my daughter, I started helping friends with their homes and continued organizing spaces, even while working as a kindergarten teacher. My love for organizing grew, and in 2011, I formally pursued my passion by studying at QC Design School. By 2013, I had completed my certification as an Advanced International Professional Organizer, joined the National Association for Professional Organizers, and named my business “Sindi’s Touch Clutter Queen,” a tribute to both my supportive host mother and my friend Muju, who helped me embrace the title of “Clutter Queen.”

In 2014, after losing my husband, I experienced a profound life change. Through my own grief, I found a new calling: helping others organize as they faced difficult life transitions. My clients often came to me dealing with loss or major life changes, seeking compassionate guidance through overwhelming times. Each story I heard deepened my resolve to serve, and every project reminded me of the healing that can come from an organized space.

Today, at Sindi’s Touch Clutter Queen LLC, my team and I are dedicated to offering a blend of professional expertise and genuine empathy. We’re here to support individuals, families, and businesses through life’s transitions. Whether it’s organizing through grief, providing relocation assistance, optimizing workspaces, or coaching for long-term organization, we strive to create spaces that inspire clarity, productivity, and peace.
